We are actively taking in repair work and continue to work by appointment in half hour blocks between 11-1 and 4-6 Monday- Friday with the occasional Saturday in there too. Please use the link in the header to book a time.

We specialize in set-up’s, bone nut and saddles, fret-leveling and re-frets, and all manners of guitar wiring. While some jobs take a matter of minutes, other more complicated or elaborate modifications may take days to work through. For the most part, work comes in first come, first serve, but the smaller jobs will still get fit in to the schedule to get your instrument back in a timely manner.

Our standard hourly rate is $110 an hour and all work is based around that price vs time spent. If you only want your guitar evaluated during a 1/2 hr appointment block there will be a standard bench fee of $30.

Eastworks is a large building and we want to make your visit as easy as possible. Our shop is on the far right side of the building, at the back. There is now a GIANT MURAL on that whole side of the building and makes things super easy to find! If you come in at the Marketplace Entrance of Eastworks, you’ll be walking for a long time with no signage to assist you.
